Meet The Team

Reed Antonich is the founder and president of EWI. Though an aerospace engineer by trade, he is passionate about and committed to helping others find as much value as possible in as many moments as possible. He loves spending time with loved ones, being active, reading, writing, and exploring.

Bri  dela Torre is a proud board member of Exist With Initiative and has driven the development of the Opportunity Grant and Passion Group programs. She is excited about the work of the nonprofit and hopes to encourage others to share their passions and build positive communities within EWI. A registered dietitian by training, Bri loves cooking, crafting, and spending time outside.

​Jimmy Krenger spends his time supporting his family, staying active, and building rockets. His passions include healing and growth on personal and global levels. When each person elevates their life, the collective world elevates. Jimmy supports EWI as Board Member and treasurer with plans to lead physical, mental, and spiritual passion groups.

​Justyn Zeider is both a licensed Arizona attorney with experience across the federal government and a singer-songwriter who believes in the power of creative expression to foster connection, authenticity, and personal growth. Outside of work, he enjoys writing and performing music, spending time in nature, and staying active through rock climbing and pickleball. Justyn was born and raised in the Southwest before spending several years living and working in Washington, D.C. and he brings a perspective shaped by both public service and the arts.

 Anna Ferguson is a Residency & Fellowship Program Coordinator at Allegheny Health Network. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Non-Profit Marketing & a minor in Economics, and brings experience from two Pittsburgh-area nonprofit organizations, fostering a passion for service, collaboration, and community impact.
