Volunteer Opportunities
At Exist With Initiative, we strive to have the greatest positive impact on our volunteers' lives as possible. If a volunteer feels called to project management due to personal interest or career growth, we will prioritize giving the volunteer work that provides them with this experience. Below are roles we are actively looking to fill, and we also have traditional one-off-event volunteer opportunities. Passion Group Leaders
Passionate individuals that want to pursue their own passions while giving others the space to do the same. Passion Group Leaders (also referred to as Grove Keepers) represent EWI in a way that shows the world how lives change when we connect with others through what fulfills us.
Strategic Partnership Director or Associate
Outgoing individuals that want to have impact through corporate relationship building. This role will connect EWI with future partners in a way where we positively impact and support each other's missions.
Grant Writers
Ambitious individuals that want to be a driving force in the fiscal growth of EWI through their writing.
Website Developer/Manager
Tech-savvy individuals that want to be the driving force behind how the world interfaces with us through the web. This role will keep our website up to date and implement new pages/features to provide better experiences to our visitors.
Beneficiary Liaisons
Compassionate individuals that want to connect those we can support with our programs. This role will have immense impact by providing outreach to individuals that may want to apply for an Opportunity Grant and helping them through the process.
People Operations/Volunteer Manager
Organized individuals that want to be a driving force in the stable growth of EWI. This role will integrate new volunteers into the organization to increase the impact we can have as a greater working force.
Business Development Manager or Associate
Ambitious individuals that want to be a driving force in the fiscal growth of EWI through identifying and securing new routes of funding and revenue.
Events Manager or Planner
Passionate individuals that want to bring people together to celebrate the EWI mission in a way that strengthens and expands our impact on the world.
